Dead Sea salt and Israeli coffee from two small Israeli makers. Real food you use every day, from people whose names you will come to know.

You followed the news, gave when it mattered, kept Israel close in your heart. All of it at a distance.
Now this is different. A bag of coffee and a bowl of salt from Israel, there in your kitchen, become part of the Friday meal or your morning cup. The connection stops being something you feel now and then, transforming into something you live.

Idan gathers gourmet salt 424 metres below sea level, at the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. He first knew this desert as a young soldier serving in Judea, when the thing he missed most was getting home to his mother's cooking. Years later the circle closed, and he came back to the same desert to build 424 Salt with his own hands.
The salt is gathered by hand and dried in the sun, then it takes on whatever you pair it with, rosemary, garlic, truffle, smoke, chili. In his workshop Idan gives steady work to people with disabilities and to young people helping to support their families.
See 424 SaltGolani Coffee began with a cup. Omer was the one who brewed coffee for everyone, spiced with turmeric, a warm cup and a moment together at the end of a long day. After Omer was gone, his closest friends kept making his coffee, blending and packing every bag by hand, a way to hold on to him and to each other.
Today the blend carries his name and keeps his family close. Every bag you brew keeps his memory, and the friends who make it, going.
